ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
This constitutes an agreement between you and 9381-9506 Québec inc. ("VOSKER") concerning your purchase of VOSKER cameras and accessories ("Products") available on the VOSKER Services.
VOSKER supplies the Products subject to these Terms of Use, the rules, policies, and guidelines for the Products, and the following terms (collectively, and as may be modified from time to time, the "Terms"), which form an integral part of this Agreement and govern your use of the Plans:

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE VOSKER SERVICES.
You may purchase Products using your VOSKER account or a guest account if you do not have a VOSKER account. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. Should you choose not to accept these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using the VOSKER Services and from making any purchases.
YOUR ORDER
If you are a private consumer, your purchase through the VOSKER Services will constitute a legally binding contract between you and VOSKER in accordance with applicable statutory rights.
If you are a business customer (a retailer, distributor, or end-user utilising the Products for commercial purposes or professional activities), your purchase on the VOSKER Services will constitute a legally binding distance selling contract between you and VOSKER, subject to the necessary adjustments commensurate with your status as a merchant.
The online purchase of certain products may be subject to a minimum order quantity. Where applicable, you will be informed at the point of order placement.
VOSKER will confirm your purchase by email, including the details of the transaction, within a reasonable timeframe.
No amendments can be made once your order has been submitted. VOSKER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require additional verification or information prior to accepting any order or to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including (i) limiting the quantity available for purchase; (ii) inaccuracies or errors in the pricing information displayed on the VOSKER Services; or (iii) VOSKER’s inability to obtain authorisation to charge your payment method.
PRICE
You will pay VOSKER's advertised price for each Product or Service, as indicated on the Platform. The prices displayed are in the currency of the country in which you reside or to which your purchase will be delivered.
The final amount will include applicable taxes in your territory and all taxes (inclusive of VAT), including VAT at the standard rate in force and any applicable environmental surcharge. Delivery charges or other options for your purchase will be communicated to you prior to completing your purchase and will be included on your receipt or invoice. Delivery costs may vary depending on the value of the goods.
VOSKER reserves the right to require a minimum purchase amount in order to make an order eligible for free delivery. Free delivery only applies to orders that meet the minimum spend and the specified conditions. Where applicable, the minimum threshold to be met will be communicated to you before completing your purchase. This threshold is subject to change at any time without notice.
The prices of our Products are subject to change without prior notice. VOSKER is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
PAYMENT METHOD
VOSKER will charge and collect full payment from you for the Products or Services comprising your order upon receipt of such order.
VOSKER may store information about the payment methods you use for your Product purchases. VOSKER may make this information available to you to enable you to make payment for other product or service purchases that you may make through the VOSKER Services.
DELIVERY
VOSKER will deliver each order of goods in accordance with the delivery method offered at the time of purchase and the delivery address you have designated during your online purchase. All stated delivery times are estimates, and VOSKER cannot be held liable for any delivery delays. VOSKER may engage a third-party service provider to carry out the delivery services.
VOSKER's primary obligation is considered fulfilled if VOSKER attempted to meet it on the date specified in the order confirmation or on the date specified in a notification sent to you within a reasonable timeframe, but was prevented from doing so due to your actions or negligence.
Please note that, in accordance with the applicable law, any contract of sale where the delivery of the goods is not immediate may be cancelled by the consumer if the specified date or period has been exceeded and, after having instructed VOSKER to complete delivery within a reasonable additional period, VOSKER failed to comply. The contract of sale may also be immediately cancelled by the customer in the event of VOSKER's refusal to deliver on the agreed date, or at the expiry of the aforementioned additional period, if such date or period constitutes a fundamental term of the contract for the consumer.
VOSKER will remain liable for any damage, loss, or defect in the goods until their delivery to you, at which point sole responsibility transfers to you.
PURCHASE LIMITATIONS AND ORDER CANCELLATION BY VOSKER
VOSKER reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to limit or restrict sales of the Products or Services to any person, geographical region, or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis.
VOSKER reserves the right to limit the quantities of any Product or Service offered and to decline any order. Any offer of a Product or Service made on the VOSKER Services is invalid where prohibited by law.
VOSKER does not guarantee that the quality of any Product, Service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any service errors will be rectified.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES
VOSKER does not offer any refunds, except for Consumers exercising their right of withdrawal in accordance with prevailing legislation.
You may, within thirty (30) days of purchasing a Product, request an exchange for another Product of the same or higher value by paying the price difference. Should you select a Product of lower value, VOSKER will not reimburse the difference between the higher initial price and the purchase price of the replacement Product.
To complete your exchange, VOSKER requires a receipt or proof of purchase issued by VOSKER. You must contact VOSKER in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. To be eligible for an exchange, your Product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Otherwise, VOSKER may refuse the return and dispose of the Product.
Under no circumstances will VOSKER accept returns for which delivery charges are payable upon receipt. Such consignments will be refused upon receipt and returned to the sender. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (applicable to European consumers)
This section applies only to consumers residing in Europe or any other territory if required by applicable law.
You have a right of withdrawal, effective from the date of your purchase, which can be exercised within fourteen (14) working days of the date of receipt of your order. This right allows you to withdraw without needing to justify your reasons or incur any penalties, other than the cost of returning the product. You can contact us or follow the suggested procedure here.
In the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, VOSKER will reimburse your entire order (products + initial delivery costs). However, you will not be reimbursed for any supplementary costs incurred by choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard option.
The refund is always processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Product(s) that have benefited from a price reduction through a promotional code or other form of discount will be reimbursed up to the price actually paid by the customer. Vouchers and discount coupons are non-refundable.
The refund will be processed within the timeframes stipulated by applicable law once VOSKER receives proof of dispatch or confirmation of the products' return by the carrier.
In accordance with prevailing regulations, in the event of damage or signs of wear and tear on the returned products resulting from handling exceeding what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, VOSKER may proportionately reduce the refund amount.
FORCE MAJEURE
VOSKER cannot be held liable for any breach, whether partial, or delay in fulfilling its contractual obligations that would result from the occurrence of a force majeure event or that is attributable to a regulatory or legislative enactment.
WARRANTY
VOSKER offers a two (2) year warranty on cameras and other transmission devices sold and a one (1) year warranty on all other products sold, including accessories.
Visit the VOSKER Services to view your Product's instruction manual. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the instruction manual, the information contained within the instruction manual shall take precedence. No warranty will be provided for any Product that has sustained physical damage. Any Product must be carefully inspected by one of our agents before an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is issued for a warranty return.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Subscription Terms is subject to the dispute resolution provisions, applicable laws, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms and conditions of the VOSKER Terms of Service.
