About the network cellular update
Many network operators are phasing out 3G networks to provide faster and more reliable networks, like 4G LTE, and to lay the groundwork for modern technologies and 5G networks.

AT&T by February 2022 and T-Mobile by July 2022.

My V100 and the cellular update
Your camera is impacted since it connects to a network that will be gradually shutting down.

Only the V100 is affected.

You can log into your mobile app or web app to see notifications about the affected camera. You will also receive emails from the VOSKER team.

You may upgrade your camera only if you want to. We understand that having a camera stop working is an inconvenience, which is why we are offering you the opportunity to get a new one.

Your camera may keep working after the initial shutdown dates. Networks will be shut down gradually. Once your camera stops connecting, you can continue using it as a non-cellular camera.
Yes, you may keep using your impacted devices. There is no clear cut-off date, but networks will gradually be shut down. Once your camera stops connecting, you can continue using it as a non-cellular camera. Your photos will be saved on your SD card.

Yes, you will need to request a replacement for each affected camera.

Your photos and videos are saved on your SD card. You will need to remove the SD card from your VOSKER camera(s) and insert it into the card reader on your computer to download your events.
Once your camera stops connecting, you may claim a new V150. Please loginto your VOSKER account to fill in the form.
Yes. If the camera is still listed in your account, you will receive a notification letting you know this camera is impacted by the cellular network upgrade.
If the camera is not linked to your account, you will not be notified.
The 3G cellular shutdown is gradual, and your camera may still work for a certain time. We advise you to claim your new camera as soon as possible so you can enjoy a fully functional security camera uninterruptedly.
Process to claim my new V150
You may keep your V100 camera. It will remain functional, and your events will be saved to the SD card. However, you will not receive data through your VOSKER app.
  1. Go to your VOSKER account. Link HERE
  2. Click on the banner below the camera affected by the network upgrade.
  3. Complete our form with your shipping information.

Once your order has gone through, we will communicate with you once the order has shipped, with the tracking information. The estimated shipping time is between 10 and 15 business days.
Question about my new V150
Yes, your new camera will come with a 2-year warranty.

Your new V150 is an upgraded camera that requires a security plan to connect to the cellular network and to the mobile app.

Once our team processes your request, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

You will receive an email with your promo code(s) 10 days after you claim your new V150. If you didn’t receive the email, please contact one of our Expert, he will be able to help.

  3. Make sure to switch to Monthly billing and select the Elite plan
  4. Enter the promo code in the shopping cart before proceeding to check out. It will automatically add 3 months free.

To transfer your plan to your new V150, please start a chat with our Customer Service. One of our Experts will transfer the plan to your new camera.

You may still use it normally until it stops connecting. Once that happens, you can keep running it as a non-cellular security camera.
