You can reset your V300 camera in two ways:
Reset from VOSKER mobile app:
- Login to your VOSKER account
- Navigate to the “Settings” tab
- Scroll down and press “RESET SETTINGS” button
- You will receive a pop-up message asking for confirmation to proceed. Press “Yes”
Note: Make sure to select the right camera from the dropdown option at the top of the Settings screen.
Reset from VOSKER webapp:
- Login to your VOSKER account
- Select the camera you want to reset.
- Click on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen and select “Camera Settings”
- Scroll down and click the button “RESET SETTINGS”.
- You will receive a pop-up message to confirm your selection. Click “RESET”
Note: Settings, from either the mobile or the web app, are applied the next time your camera communicates with the VOSKER server, which depends on your current Transfer Frequency settings. So, it may take some time until the changes are applied.
Reset manually using the reset file:
- Using a computer or laptop, download the reset file here.
- Extract the file from the downloaded ZIP folder and transfer the file, NOT the folder, to the MicroSD card.
- Once the file has been copied, put the MicroSD card back into the V300 camera and turn it on.
- Wait for about 5 minutes for the camera to update and reset.
- Your camera is now up to date.
