If you are not being able to purchase plans or your payment is not going through, check for the following:
- We ONLY accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We do not accept Debit cards. If you are an American or international customer, your bank may be blocking your transaction as VOSKER is a Canadian-based company. You may need to advise your bank to authorize the payment for it to go through.
- If you are using the right payment method and still your payment is not going through, it is possible that our server tried to charge your account because the auto-renewal option was turned on for your plans. This happens because either you no longer use the previous credit card that we have on file, or the payment has been declined. For this case, you need to contact VOSKER for us to make the necessary changes.
