My Universal Solar Power Bank does not charge with the 5 V DC power adapter

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Ensure the DC power adapter is correctly plugged to the 5 V INPUT port and to a power socket. All the other ports will not charge the Universal Solar Power Bank (V-PWRB).
Use the 5 V input port next to the TEST button to charge the Universal Solar Power Bank.
  2. The green LED indicator turns on when the Universal Solar Power Bank is charging.

  3. The Universal Solar Power Bank should be fully charged after 4 to 6 hours.

  4. Hold the TEST button for 5 seconds to check the battery level.

Charge indicator LED keys to check the battery level of the Universal Solar Power Bank.

CAUTION:

  • Do not drop, disassemble or puncture the power pack.

  • Do not place in fire, extreme high temperature, or water.

  • If you notice something not right when in use or when charging, like melting, a bulge in the housing or the unit gets extremely hot, stop using it immediately.

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, damage, or other injury. This power pack is not a toy. Keep away from children and operate outside.
